Vechta never trailed in the game and led by as many as 11 points with five players scoring in double figures. Tyrone Nash split two free throws with 12 seconds left but DeAndre Lansdowne could not hit the potential game-tying three-pointer. Seth Hinrichs picked up 15 points, 8 rebounds, 3 assists and 2 steals, Josh Young scored 15 points and TJ Bray collected 13 points, 4 rebounds and 10 assists in Vechta’s third straight win to move to 18-6 in third place.
